Mr. Rose is my daughter’s 8th grade BioX teacher, and he does an outstanding job communicating upcoming units and assessments. This transparency makes it much easier, as a parent, to ask thoughtful questions and stay meaningfully connected to my child about her schoolwork. I am especially impressed by his willingness to reach out and share individual insights about my student. After a quiz did not go as well as she had hoped, my daughter took the initiative to contact Mr. Rose for guidance on how to improve her studying. Not only did he respond with reassurance and support, but he also took time on a Saturday to email her father and me to commend her for advocating for herself. Mr. Rose consistently reinforces that struggle is a natural and valuable part of the learning process, and that students grow stronger through it. I would like to commend him for the extra time he takes to keep parents informed and for the kind, productive way he supports students in an advanced class. Thank you, Mr. Rose.
