My teacher, Ms. Merritt, is awesome because she really helps us understand the work and doesn’t get mad when we don’t get it right away. She explains things simply and lets us ask a lot of questions. She makes class fun and not boring, and that makes me want to come to school more. I can tell she cares about me because she checks on me when I’m having a bad day and encourages me to keep trying. Because of her, I feel more confident, and I’m doing better in school.
