What makes Colonel Bugeja awesome is that he is always there for you, he’s super supportive and listens to what you have to say and he brings an amazing energy to the atmosphere. What makes me excited to into class is I’m always doing something different and working with him 1-on-1. His teaching style is unmatched, he would ask me something I don’t know the answer to but would give me ways to figure it out or learn what I need to know. Colonel has told myself and other cadets directly to us that he genuinely cares for us and our future and that he’s there to help us build that future. He encourages us day in and day out, building our confidence not only as cadets but as students as well. He makes sure our academics are on point, he helps us with what we need help with, and he’s always trying to do things that help build our confidence. Colonel is probably the most supportive person I know, he’s supportive of sports, academics, employment, you name it. Overall, my Colonel is an amazing man and I’m glad that he’s there for us. If it wasn’t for him, a lot of people wouldn’t be in the places they are now.
