August 2023 was just the beginning of Ms. Hall's amazing journey in Eldorado. She does more than just teach her courses, she gives life lessons, provides snacks, and overall care to her students. She is the embodiment of grit and constantly goes out of her way to help those around her, students, other teachers, and even faculty. Her intense, welcoming energy is what makes me so excited to go to her class and her never-ending kindness is how I know that she cares about us. She also has a "get-right station", this is an area where students can get hygiene products like deodorant, pads, wipes, combs, and more. Considering how many students at our school aren't the most fortunate of people, she does an amazing job at giving resources that everyone may not have. To make me a better student, Ms. Hall acknowledges my achievements and shouts them loud, also providing 2 after school clubs SkillsUSA, a Career Technical Student Organization, and Robotics Club, both of which I participate in. She supports me outside the classroom by introducing me to extra career focused resources like CCSD's Career & Technical Education Career Guide, and BLS.com. Overall, I don't believe there's any teacher more deserving of this award than Ms. Hall. She has done a plethora of things for the students and staff at this school, even the one's that aren't her own. She is truly a blessing in the Eldorado family that's coming from one of her students and one of her own offspring, her daughter, Staci Hall.
