Amelia started the school year behind. She was testing at a pre-kindergarten level and we were concerned that she would be left behind as the school year progressed. Ms. Do has been the brightest light for Amelia. She assessed Amelia so that she can form her own game plan and meet Amelia where she is. She has proven that she is Amelia’s biggest cheerleader as she cheers her on after every accomplishment. Amelia comes home telling me that “Ms. Do says I’m a smart cookie” and “I want to make it to the green”. Ms. Do inspires Amelia and encourages her that she is capable of greatness and as a parent with a child with special needs, I am grateful.
