What makes you a great example for motivational role model has to be how you put yourself in our shoes when you express how things will go if we continue with the same insane actions. Think as the WM because they most definitlely won't acknowledge us enough, even when I make a progressional impact on myself. He acknowledges that I'm human but doesn't sugar coat anything to me, that's what I need. Makes me more confident in life because I used to think I messed over my life and its over just needed a little spark. As long as Im working hard and honest then it doesn't matter when I finish the turtle won the race. Very supportive in class doesn't speak but also reminds you that your grade/work is still very important.
