Mr. Hakim is an exceptional principal. His energy and warmth make the school feel like a community. He knows every student by name, recognizes their families, and in my observations of his interactions, the kids seem to feel seen and valued around him. I also appreciate all the activities he organizes at the school to build school spirit, connection, and foster joy and a sense of fun. As I parent, I appreciate his high expectations of the kids and his timely communication, whether it's the weekly newsletter on Sunday evenings or to communicate an issue that occurred at the school and the resolution. Mr. Hakim creates an environment where the students feel cared for, confident, and excited to learn. He exemplifies truly leadership.
