Mrs. McCown was my daughter's kindergarten teacher. Mrs. McCown is an awesome teacher because she cares for her students. My daughter would get excited to go to class in the mornings because Mrs. McCown made the learning fun. She let us know that she cared by getting to know my daughter as an individual and then getting to know me. Mrs. McCown supported my daughter when needed to be able to flourish in her reading skills. Mrs. McCown has supported us inside and outside the classroom as she would reach out to check on my daughter when she was out sick.
