Mrs. Jobe has always made learning engaging while also making sure the material truly sticks with us. When she gives feedback, it is always meaningful and focused on helping us improve because she genuinely wants her students to succeed. One thing she does that makes me excited to come to class is incorporating interactive activities, so we are not just sitting and listening the entire period. She also shows how much she cares by remembering details about each student, memorizing everyone’s name, and taking time to talk with us as we walk into class. What makes her such an effective teacher is that she is always willing to help when we need it and gives us time to review projects with her, ensuring we understand expectations and have the opportunity to earn the best grade possible.
