Everyday when I walk into class she asks me how I am and shows genuine passion for her students. Psychology is a interesting subject and she lets us do a lot of social work with our class. She lets me know she cares about me because everyday when I walk into class she asks me how I am doing and has a miniature conversation with me. Mrs. Jobe makes me feel more confident because if I answer the question she uses phrases like "I really like what Barry said" or "Barry made a really good point". She has supported me inside the classroom by answering questions I have and having a really good structured lesson plan, she supports me outside the classroom by creating available times for me and other students to retake tests.
