Ms.Castellon creates a "safe zone" where students feel comfortable taking risks and asking questions without the fear of judgment. This emotional support builds a foundation of confidence that stays with us long after the bell rings. Some things she do to make me excited to go to class are individual greetings,she takes interest in my life,she builds confidence in others, and she keeps a high energy even when energy is low.I know Ms.Castellon cares about me because when I am looking down or mad she makes eye contact and smile which makes me not mad ,she uses active listening and she respect my voice, and she also does not judge a book by its cover.Things she do to make me a better person is she admits mistakes she has honesty and positive behavior.What she do to support me is she have belief in my potential and she recognize subtle signs. And that's what makes Ms.Castellon a great teacher.
