I nominate my English teacher Mrs. Stephanie Selby. She is kind, fun, and welcoming. She laughs with our class and really engages with us, which makes learning more enjoyable. I get excited about going to her class because of the way she interacts with us and the lessons she plans, and her classroom is peaceful which helps me feel calm and ready to learn. She shows she cares by greeting me at the door, talking with me, and helping me when I need it. She makes me a better and more confident student by giving helpful feedback and complimenting our work. She is always there to answer questions. One time, when I didn't have a locker, she let me keep my things in her room, and she was very understanding. Her support has really helped me grow as a student in my English class.
