What makes this teacher awesome is the way she has truly cared about Josiah and helped make learning feel fun, safe, and encouraging. She had a special way of making Josiah feel seen, valued, and capable of doing great things. She was patient, listening, and always taking time to help when something is hard. She noticed when Josiah may be having a tough day and offer encouragement, kindness, and support that makes them feel important. She definitely helped build confidence by reminding Josiah that mistakes are part of learning and by celebrating both big and small wins. Even as years passed, she continue to be a positive role model by showing care, encouragement, and genuine interest in the student’s overall well-being and growth.
