Ms. Aldridge is a great teacher because she really cares about her students. She wants to make sure we learn and have fun at the time. Ms. Aldridge explains things in a way that makes sense to us. She is very energetic. That makes us want to be in her class. What makes her class so exciting is that she includes everyone. Ms. Aldridge wants us to participate and share our ideas. She makes sure we feel okay about asking questions or making mistakes. This helps a lot because it makes us feel less stressed and more confident. Ms. Aldridge shows us that she cares by checking in on us and seeing how we are doing. She notices when we are having trouble and helps us out. She is also very happy when we do well no matter how small it is. It is clear that Ms. Aldridge sees us as people, not students in her class. Ms. Aldridge helps me be a student, by pushing me to do my best. She also supports me when I need it. She gives me feedback and encourages me to keep getting better. Ms. Aldridge reminds me that it is okay to make mistakes and that I should just try to do next time. Because of Ms. Aldridge I feel more comfortable talking in class and trying things.
