The teacher that should be recognized by honored schools is Sophia Genovese. She should be recognized because she always makes me feel like I belong in her class. At the beginning of the year all of middle school was new and different. Her class was the class that added a shine to my day. She is very kind and comitted to us and is a lovely teacher to have. Secondly, Miss Genovese is easy to talk to. Wether I have a question in class or I just want to tell her about something exciting she is great to talk to. A week or so ago we had a summary we had to write. I thought I was doing well but I got a C. I asked her why I had gotten that grade on my work. She sat me down and explained to me what happened and it was really easy to talk to her about what I could do to bump my grade up. Another instance is that we share the same interests and we talk about lots of things like books, and music. In conclusion, Miss Genovese is the perfect person for honored schools to recognize. For the reasons of her being kind, comitted, easy to talk to, and always making me feel like I belong. These are just a few of the many reasons that Miss Genovese is the best teacher for this award.
