My son is in Ms. Delgado’s 4th grade class, and he has ADHD. Before this year, school was often a challenge for him, but Ms. Delgado has completely changed the way he experiences learning. She is incredibly patient and intentional, always taking the time to understand how he learns best and helping him stay on track in a positive way. She creates structure while still showing compassion, which has helped him feel more in control and less frustrated. Instead of feeling discouraged, he now feels motivated and proud of himself. I’ve seen such a big difference in his attitude, confidence, and willingness to try. Ms. Delgado truly sees my son for who he is and supports him in a way that makes him feel successful. That kind of impact goes far beyond the classroom, and we are so thankful for her.
