I nominate our math teacher Mrs Hart♥, is really interesting and fun and always motivated to get her students to learn,she creates fun ways to make us see what the lesson is about,she always ask does she need to go back and re explain something and shes overall a really fun teacher to be around and her energy lifts the whole classroom when shes cracking jokes when we do something right but she is also serious about her work and i love that because she doesn't play,if you didn't get it you'd better tell her cause she'd be happy to go over it again. Mrs Hart gives us candy for learning which makes a lot of the kids very motivated to answer questions for a sweet treat. She also puts us in study groups and lets us do any extra homework we missed from her class or another one and that really makes kids motivated to come and learn. She also compliments us when our hair is freshly done or it looks cute and that makes most kids wanna come just to her praise on their hair and thank her for it. Mrs Hart has a lot of different ways she lets us know she cares about us whether its giving us a big lecture about how we're smart kids and just need to focus or about how phones are ruining our attention span,or just about how our class as a whole is smart and we can go places with our brains. Mrs hart usually calls us a ¨ Big Genius ¨ and that really makes us more confident,Mrs Hart also calls our class which is her homeroom ¨The Best Class Ever¨ and often gloats to us to other teachers and just overall making us feel good about ourselves. Mrs hart has supported a lot of students in and out the classroom for instance when this new kid came to the school he was very shy and had social anxiety and dint want to talk to anybody but after being in our classroom for the first day Mrs Hart sat some of us next to him and told him our classroom would make him feel included and best believe that is what we did now hes still quiet but he does talk to everybody now and even laughs and jokes with us,Mrs hart makes supports everyone whether its working 1 on 1 with them or them coming to her to tell her private business about their how life or school stuff that's really been making them feel bad about themselves or others. Most students come to her as their safe space because they know Mrs hart does not play when it comes to her home room or just other classes in general and will get to the bottom of whatever is happening so no mess is involved,shes seriously trustworthy. Her kindness and dedication have made a lasting impact on her students. Mrs. Hart truly deserves recognition as Teacher of the Year for her passion, care, and commitment to helping every student succeed. ♡
