The things that make Ms.Villas an awesome teacher is that when I first came into her class as a new student, she made me feel welcomed and feel like i'm in a safe environment. Where I can express myself freely. It felt like a fresh breath of air. Some things she does that makes me excited to go to class is how she makes us engage with one another, saying good morning to our table and socializing for our warmups. She lets us know that she cares for us through our WOW(Warrior Opportunity Wednesday) assignments, always asking how we're doing mentally, how we slept, and if we need anything. She makes me feel like a better and confident student by motivating us and asking if we're okay when we are struggling, letting everyone know that she is always there for her own students no matter what. Throughout her class sessions, she engages with every single one of us and has her priorities straight, making sure the ones who need help actually get help. Overall, she is an amazing teacher and I am blessed to have her :).
