Ms. Dorsett is an outstanding teacher because she brings energy, patience, and genuine passion into her classroom every single day. She knows how to make reading and language arts feel meaningful, not just like another subject. Her ability to connect with students while still challenging them sets her apart. She pushes students to think deeper, read with purpose, and express themselves clearly. She gives thoughtful feedback that builds confidence instead of tearing it down. My son has grown not only in his reading skills but also in his belief that he can succeed. She teaches in a way that strengthens both skill and self-esteem.
