She stays calm, listens carefully, and helps kids solve their problems in a positive way. Ms. Smith makes students feel safe and understood, which helps them calm down and get back to learning. She is patient, kind, and knows how to guide students through their emotions. Because of this, many students feel comfortable talking to her when they are having a hard time. Ms. Smith is a great example of a teacher who supports both learning and students’ feelings. I'd loveeeee to have her as a teacher.
