My best year was 2nd grade. My 2nd grade teacher was Ms.Burgess. Ms.Burgess was great because she cared about everyone in her past year and in her class then. One thing that made me excited to go to class was knowing that I would go to school that day with a very gentle, fun, and kind teacher. Also, Ms.Burgess had a jar. And with that jar, whenever we did something we were supposed to do, she would put little pompoms in the jar. And once the jar was full with the pompoms, we would get a class prize. I knew Ms.Burgess cared about everyone in the class because she helped everyone in the class with what they were struggling with and what they were good at.Ms.Burgess made us a better student because she reviewed things we were struggling at to make us better at it. She made us a more confident student by every morning she put up an affirmation on the board and she put affirmations on our desk.
