STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY

My second grade class was the best. My teacher was Mrs.Gates. The thing that makes her awesome is she was very helpful and kind. Every Friday she would let us play with fun toys and let us play on our chrome books. She did this thing called class dojo points and you could get toys by how many points you have. The way you got points is by listening to her, pluse she allows you to read a book to her class, and if you do she gives you a pencil and a squishy moche, even if you just come by to see her she gives you a squishy moche. Some things that made me excited to go to school was to see her, earn more dojo points and try the hardest, and be the best person I could possibly be. Mrs.Gates helps me know that she cares about me by treating me with respect, not raising her voice, and not leaving me out. To make me a more confident student she would not stress us out and told us stuff in advance unless it is a surprise or an amazing holiday party. She incouraged us to do our best with good words. Mrs.Gates supported students inside and outside the building. Even if they weren't here students she still took care of them. She kept a close eye on us and cares about our safety. That's why I think Mrs.gates is the best teacher anybody could ever have.
