I love Ms. Porter because she never fails to make me laugh and always brings a positive energy to the classroom. She is very understanding and takes the time to make sure her students feel comfortable and supported. What makes her really stand out is how she knows how to make her assignments fun, which makes learning a lot more enjoyable. She keeps it real with us and makes sure we are on the level we’re supposed to be on, but she does it in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. Instead, it motivates me to do better. I actually look forward to going to her class because I know I’m going to learn something and have a good time at the same time. Ms. Porter shows that she cares by giving us multiple chances to turn in work and improve. That means a lot because it shows she believes in us and wants us to succeed. Her critiques help me learn from my mistakes and grow as a student. Because of her, I’ve become more confident in myself and my abilities. She supports me both inside and outside of the classroom by encouraging me to stay on track and do my best. Overall, Ms. Porter is an amazing teacher who truly cares about her students and makes learning something to look forward to.
