Congratulations to
Life-Changing Teaching Award Nominee
RACHAEL MOHEBAN
NORA ELEMENTARY
STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY
I'm a old student of Ms, Moheban, I had her in my 3rd grade year at Nora. She taught me a lot and she really made me fall in love with reading, I remember during our story times she would always go on about how much she loved reading and she read us really awesome books that I now read to my nephew who is going onto third grade soon. I still remember the time when I was sick and she immediately noticed that something was wrong and she sent me to the nurse. It's the little things like that, that makes a student feel so seen and heard. I enjoyed going to her class so much and I still remember that my class was not the best but yet she was so patient and loving to us. Ms, Moheban has inspired me so much and because of her I really want to become a teacher for 1st-3rd graders. I want to become someones Ms Honey just like how Ms, moheban was for me.
