Ms Dozier is a kind and patient teacher when it comes to her students in her special education class. She encourages Nylan to participate and allows her to be herself. Nylan likes going to school and bringing home the work she is assigned by Ms Dozier. Once she's finished she's excited to take it back and turn it in to her teacher which leaves Nylan feeling confident and with the feeling of accomplishment. Thank you Ms Dozier.
