I am proud to nominate my 4th grade teacher for the incredible impact they had on my life. When I entered Mr. O'Brien's class, I struggled with reading and often felt discouraged. They never gave me up on me. instead, they patiently worked with me, helped me set goals, and celebrated every bit of progress I made. They made learning fun and helped me feel confident sharing my ideas. Because of their encouragement, I went from avoiding reading to actually enjoying it. More importantly, they helped me believe in myself. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made a lasting difference in my life. I will always remember how they helped me grow, not just as a student, but as a person.
