What make Mr.Winder awesome is that he makes me feel accomplished when we answer a question or do our work we can get a prize of something random.I like how he gives prizes to people who answers questions and get the bell ringer done first. They actually pick me sometimes and everyone one.He gives us prizes and makes me want to actually do the work.By saying hi when I see him in the hallway and letting me do important stuff.
