Ms. Nguyen has taught me for 2 years and I will always remember her energy and passion for teaching. She was always patient with us and was willing to answer our questions with a smile. She even took the time out to plan a NASA field trip for 300 students to attend. We did not have to pay for anything because Ms. Nguyen found an opportunity for us to attend without worrying about the financial burdens. She gave us this opportunity of a lifetime. We worked hard for this opportunity and if it wasn’t for her, I would have not gotten the chance to experience NASA with my friends. She extended learning outside the classroom. She is very active at our school, from planning pep rallies to dances to award ceremonies. She would take time during before or after school to get the activities together for us. Everything she did was because of the students. She pushed us to our fullest potential and because of that I was able to master the STAAR test. She’s one of the best and dedicated teachers I’ve ever had. I wish more teachers would be like her.
