Mrs. Wierzbicki is one of the most kindhearted, altruistic, and loving teachers I've ever had the opportunity to learn from! In the classroom, she goes above and beyond the regular standard of a teacher to help students learn, and when they struggle, she walks them through every step because she's aware that chemistry can be completely new ground and very, very tricky at first. She's provided a confident STEM foundation for me, and I'm extremely glad that she was my Advanced Chemistry teacher! She's also the sponsor of the National Science Olympiad club at my high school, a club I participate in, and I'm so grateful for the tireless work she does to organize it and bring the club to its highest potential with the club leaders! Rain or bad weather, stress or hardship, she's really wonderful, compassionate, and understanding with everyone. After learning that she also goes on missions to different continents to do service work to help their developing countries with severe areas of need, I felt my heart just melt because I knew those populations would be in good hands with her kindness and tenderness. She's also a primary caregiver for her loved ones, and I empathize with her experiences. Every day, we might stumble, but every day, we find better ways to help our families receive a better quality of life. That takes daily discipline, effort, understanding, and undying love, and she has so much. Going hand in hand with that, she is super pure of heart, faithful, and jubilant, meaning she's close with her religion and has one of the warmest and loveliest smiles I've ever seen! I admire the fact that she studies the bible, and I believe plenty of kids could benefit from her leadership and example. She tolerates and respects everyone, regardless of how they dress or where they're from, and the entire campus isn't complete without her good nature. As someone who really struggles with people and not being understood, I really appreciated her words of affirmation during my low points. It's easy to feel trapped, crestfallen, and hopeless when people don't believe you, or you don't know the words to articulate yourself, so I'm grateful for the small conversations. Despite my being an inconvenience and always pestering her at the final hour (i.e., science help, advice, recommendations), she always comes through. Every teacher at our school is extremely caring, motivated, thoughtful, and a top-notch educator who I'm going to remember for the rest of my adult life, and I'm very, very fortunate to say that, but the case is especially true with Mrs. Wierzbicki. In my heart, I hope I can pay forward the love she's given to me and other students, just as I wanted to when I arrived at this school. Thank you so, so, so, so much, Mrs. Wierzbicki. I wish you so much good health, wealth, peace, and fulfilment in the years to come!
