Mrs. Melville is truly an amazing teacher, along with her paraprofessionals. She shows genuine care for teaching and for every one of her students. She is attentive, patient, and very active not only in the classroom, but also in her communication with parents, which means a lot to our family. She keeps us informed, answers questions, and makes us feel included in our child’s learning. My son absolutely loves her. In fact, he has even accidentally called me Mrs. Melville before and told me he loves her, which shows how safe, comfortable, and supported he feels in her classroom. As a parent of a kindergartener, I was naturally nervous about who would be around my child each day and who would be helping guide him, but with Mrs. Melville, I truly feel that he is in good hands. She creates a positive environment where students feel cared for, encouraged, and confident. Because of her support, my son is excited to go to school, is learning so much, and is growing both academically and emotionally. We are very thankful for the dedication, patience, and love she shows to her students every day.
