I want to honor Mrs. Contreras for being an excellent Choir Teacher. Mrs. Contreras does everything she can for her choir students and it shows. She helps them appreciate a range of songs, tones/harmonies, coordination as well as the importance of fundraising. She asks for volunteer help well in advance and comes prepared with snacks and goodies to keep the kids refreshed. I really appreciate how Mrs. Contreras as helped my daughter Savannah break out of her shyness and explore her voice. When she joins harmonies you can hear her input and it's a wonderful feeling to watch your child break out of their shell. Thank you Mrs. Contreras for all you do while juggling your own parenting responsibilities. Your students won at UIL and it's all because of your leadership! Cheers to Mrs. Contreras!
