Ms. Gibson is a very kind teacher, she always clarifies things and makes class work easier to understand. She also goes around, ready to assist students when they need help and makes sure to keep everyone on the same page. The way she acts makes me happy to see her enter the classroom; how she always says hello and good afternoon to everyone who enters the class is refreshing. Ms. Gibson makes sure to ask if everyone in the class understands things she asks or where we are on the assignment we're working on at the end of class. Whenever someone raises their hand, she goes to them and whenever multiple students have their hands raised, she goes in an order to who raised their hands first, second, third, and so on. She checked with me when I didn't turn my essay in on time, making sure I was set to finish it and submit it, asking if I understand and guiding me on how to do the outline when I asked how to do it. She even trusted me to do my conclusion outside of class, believing I would do it and turn in the outline the next day. Ms. Gibson is a good teacher, she's kind, trustful, funny, and open-minded, that's why I'm, Tinsel Snow, is honoring her.
