Ms. Y is an amazing Language Arts and Reading teacher because she makes her classroom feel like a place where everyone belongs and where learning actually feels exciting. She teaches with so much energy and positivity that I look forward to her class every day, even when I’m tired or stressed. She shows she cares by checking in on us, asking how we’re doing, and making sure we understand the lesson before moving on. According to the way she teaches, she never makes anyone feel embarrassed for asking questions, and that helps me feel more confident in my reading and writing. Ms. Y pushes me to do my best by encouraging me when I doubt myself and celebrating my progress, even the small steps. She supports me not only in the classroom but also outside of it by listening when I need someone to talk to and reminding me that I’m capable of more than I think. Because of her, I feel stronger, smarter, and more motivated every day.
