My daughter Emma can be a shy quiet student, sometimes scared to raise her hand or speak up. Mrs. Nettles has made Emma feel so comfortable. She’s the one teacher Emma can go to for anything; personal or school related. She’s made Emma feel safe and heard and seen and that’s so important for our young children. Mental health is such a huge crisis these days and for my daughter to have someone at school that has her back and makes her feel safe is such a blessing as a parent. Mrs. Nettles is an amazing teacher and deserves all the praise for being such an outstanding person.
