I would love to nominate Mrs. Tateossian because she is truly an amazing educator. What makes her so awesome is her constant support, patience, and ability to motivate every student to do their best. She creates a positive and encouraging environment where kids feel safe to learn and grow. She makes students excited to go to class by keeping lessons engaging, fun, and interactive. My daughter often talks about how much she enjoys the activities and how included she feels each day. She shows that she cares by taking the time to check in with her students, listening to them, and always offering encouragement. She recognizes their efforts and celebrates their progress, no matter how small, which really boosts their confidence. She helps students become better and more confident by believing in them, pushing them to try their best, and reminding them that mistakes are part of learning. Her positive reinforcement makes a big difference. Inside the classroom, she provides guidance and support with schoolwork, and outside the classroom, she continues to encourage personal growth, kindness, and confidence. She truly goes above and beyond, and her impact on my daughter has been incredibly meaningful.
