Ms. Madison and her team have helped Henry grow so much in first grade! She is so patient, gentle, and understanding, and kindly deals with behavior redirections while being clear and providing examples for academic concepts to work on at home. Since he has been tutoring with her, his confidence, which translates to academics, has improved tremendously. It's hard to put words to just how exceptional Ms. Madison is with the way she obviously handles her classroom and students. As the room parent this year too, she does so much so easily and is very clear and specific when she requests support. Her leadership makes the direction so clear and the journey so fun and growth-filled.
