This teacher has made the subject of geometry very easy for me to understand. She has made her assignments really fun, with scavenger hunts and art projects using geometric shapes. We once even had a project where we were allowed to make a whole town using transversals. I have always loved teachers who can take the concepts they have to teach and make a unique lesson out of them. She goes above and beyond to understand and personally help her students and cater to whatever learning needs her students have. She is also a teacher who is well respected, commanding respect while also being very down to earth with her students. Many students enjoy her because she is easy to talk to while also being someone who can get her point across when it comes to teaching. She makes geometry very interesting with her unique lessons and assignments. She lets me know that she cares by always being available if I need help. She never just hands me the answer, but she guides me on the path to that answer, and I always understand her as well. She has made me much more confident in mathematics by allowing me to understand hard concepts such as transversals and trigonometry. She has supported me inside and outside of the classroom by always being available during our study hall period, and she even goes out of her way to offer practice and lessons for the TSIA2 test. Mrs. Perryman is truly one of the best teachers I have had because she makes her class easy while also teaching so well that I understand all the concepts that she has to teach. Her extensive experience in the field of geometry also makes her a very good teacher because this extended experience allows her to properly teach her students what each concept means. She is also very encouraging in having quotes around her room, and never letting us quit. She always makes us keep trying because she knows her teaching has given her students the ability to do what needs to be done. I have truly never had a better teacher for math, and she really deserves this because the amount of effort that she puts into her lessons needs to be acknowledged and rewarded.
