Mrs Verchick is truly exceptional and has made such a meaningful impact over the past seven years at the school. What makes her so awesome is the genuine care and dedication she shows to every single student. She goes above and beyond, not just academically, but emotionally as well. She makes my child excited to go to class by creating a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment where students feel comfortable and encouraged. Her classroom is a place where kids feel safe, included, and motivated to learn. She shows how much she cares in so many ways, especially through her communication. Anytime my son is absent, she reaches out to check on him and make sure he’s okay. That level of attentiveness and compassion means so much as a parent and truly shows how deeply she cares about her students. She helps students become more confident by supporting them, encouraging them, and believing in them. She takes the time to make sure each child understands and feels successful, which builds both their skills and their self-esteem. Inside and outside of the classroom, she is always there for her students. Whether it’s through communication, encouragement, or simply being someone they can rely on, she consistently shows up for them. My son absolutely loves her, and that speaks volumes about the kind of teacher she is. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does and the positive difference she continues to make in our child’s life.
