Some things that make this teacher awesome are that she is very kind, funny, relatable, and understanding. Something that she does that makes me excited to go to class is that she makes everything secretive and like a surprise. There are days when we are expecting Mile Monday, but instead, she gives us a day of meditation or a day to practice our dance. Ms. Lopez lets me know she cares about me by telling me things before I find out for myself. One time, a couple of my friends and I left the class early without permission. Luckily, she's my bus room teacher, so when I saw her, she pulled me aside and told me that she had to call my mom about what I had done. She could've just let me go home and be surprised, but instead she told me beforehand. To make me a better and more confident student, she gives the best advice. There are times when I don't know what to do, so she acts as my safe space and helps me out or gives me advice.
