Mr. Thomas has always been very passionate about his teaching. He gives off such a genuine energy that makes you genuinely want to learn because you know he isn't just teaching for the money, but he loves his job and his kids. My first time getting to actually sit and have a conversation with him was when I took his computer science class my sophomore year. I've never really been a computer-savvy person, but I excelled consistently due to his ability to just immerse you in everything he says. Despite the fact that some may think his way of teaching could come off as childish or corny, I really enjoy the small games and prizes that simply come with just listening and participating. Mr. Thomas has become one of those teachers that has unknowingly left a good impact on me. He has made me realise my potential as a student and a person and his knowledge encourages me to do well in life. I think of his words from time to time and realise how much has stuck to me from his classroom.
