Congratulations to
Life-Changing Teaching Award Nominee
KELLY SPAHR
ROBERSON MIDDLE SCHOOL
STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY
Mr.Spahr is like a parent, always wanting you to do better, encouraging me to attend tutorials and to always ask questions. Most of the time I do good on my tests but sometimes when I struggle on an assignment or test he knows it isnt normal so he tells me to ask questions about the test so I learn from my mistakes and that helps me not make a similar mistake, So now I can feel better when taking a test because i know I can ask questions and get help from Mr.Spahr.
Mr.Spahr also explains everything so no one is confused while he is teaching, and sometimes he goes out of his way to show us even more interesting and useful stuff we can use in testing. For example, he explained some hard questions from tests we struggled with and said that we should study together and try learning more. Mr.Spahr always gave us extra time on work because he cares about our other classes too. He isn't that type of teacher who would give you little time for an assignment and not think about other classes, he truly cares for future and wants us to succeed.
Overall, Mr.Spahr has been an amazing teacher so far this year hes funny and caring, and always makes science class fun and interesting, and always answers our questions when we need help. I'm grateful for having him as my science teacher this year, and he makes me look forward to school every day.
