My teacher, Mr. Spahr, has helped me a lot, and I am very grateful for him. He doesn’t just teach the subject, he helps me understand the reality of life and how the world works. He makes class exciting by sharing interesting facts and always keeping us engaged. He shows that he cares by reminding us about missing work and giving us extra time to finish it before calling our parents or talking to the principal. His teaching has helped me grow from an “approaches” student to a “masters” student, and now I feel more confident in myself and my abilities. Because of him, I work harder, believe in myself more, and feel prepared for the future. I am truly thankful to have a teacher like Mr. Spahr.-Diogenes Martinez
