Ms. Monaco sees the big picture regarding teaching. She wants kids to succeed and grow academically but also wants to nurture their love of learning. She is flexible and cooperative. You can see her passion for teaching within her classroom decor, the photos she takes and shares with parents, the fun activities and "room transformations" she plans. I am so glad my daughter got to experience her teaching this year. I know she will measure her future teachers effectiveness against the high standard that Ms. Monaco set.
