Why Ms. Monaco is the Best! What makes this teacher awesome? Ms. Monaco is awesome because she brings so much energy and passion to everything she teaches. She doesn’t just give us facts; she makes the subjects come alive. Whether it’s her great sense of humor or the way she explains hard topics, she makes the classroom feel like a place where everyone belongs. What are some things they do to make you excited to go to class? Lexxi always looked forward to class because Ms. Monaco kept her on her toes. She uses fun games, cool experiments, or interesting discussions that make learning feel less like work and more like an adventure. You never know what fun way she’s going to introduce a new lesson! How do they let you know that they care about you? She shows she cares by really listening. When Lexxi was having a tough day, she noticed and took a moment to check in. She also celebrated her wins, no matter how small they are. It’s the little things, like a high-five or a kind note on a paper, that prove she’s always in her corner. What do they do to make you a better and more confident student? Ms. Monaco has helped Lexxi believe in herself by pushing her to try things She thought were too hard. She creates a "safe-to-fail" environment where mistakes are just part of learning. Because of her, she is much more confident when speaking up in class or solving math problems. How have they supported you inside and outside of the classroom? Inside the classroom, she was always available for extra help when Lexxi stuck. Outside the classroom, she shows support by attending any extra curricular activities her current or past students have. Knowing she cares about who they are as people, not just as students, makes all the difference.
