How do they let you know that they care about you? Ms. Spencer shows she cares by taking the time to understand each student and support them individually. She is patient, encouraging, and always willing to help. She even offered her own time to stay after school to tutor my son, which truly shows how much she cares about her students’ success. She builds confidence by encouraging her students and recognizing their strengths. She motivates them to keep trying, even when things are challenging, and celebrates their progress.
