She's awesome because she allows me to be open and be myself while expanding my mindset. She makes me excited to come to her office because I know its a open space. I know she cares about me because she gives me constructive criticism and corrects me without bringing me down. She makes me more confident by allowing me to know its okay to be myself. She's supported me inside the room by listening to my stories and ideas and outside by making me feel like I'm allowed to be myself.
