I am proud to nominate my 3rd grade teacher Ms. McCarthy for the incredible impact they had on my life. When I entered Ms. McCarthy class, struggled with reading and often felt discouraged Ms. McCarthy Never gave up on me. Instead, she patiently worked with me, she helped me set goals, and celebrated every bit of progress I made along the way. Ms. McCarthy made learning fun and helped me feel confident sharing my ideas. Because of their encouragement, I went from avoiding reading to actually enjoying it. More importantly, she helped me believe in myself. Her kindness, patience, and dedication made a lasting difference in my life. I will always remember how they helped me grow, not just as a student, but as a person.
