I am honored to nominate my 3rd grade teacher for the incredible impact they had on my life. When I entered Ms. McCarthy's class, I instantly felt the fun and great vibes swirling across the classroom. Ms. McCarthy also helped me with work and made me feel appreciated. She was funny and gnarly but in a good way. She always made the mood light up anytime someone had a hard day. She always pushed me past my limits. She always made it fun to come to school every single day. She also read a book called, The Witches by Roahl Doalh. The book was intriguing to listen to every day. But then, school had ended and we hadn't gotten to finish the book! Then, fourth grade came. One day I found out that Mr. O'Brien had the same book in his library! I began reading it. I soon found out how it ends and was completely satisfied. In the end, Ms. McCarthy always was a spark in my life that made it extremely better. One day, I hope Ill get a teacher as good as her.
