Ms. Kaitlin is the kind of teacher that makes you feel like you and your child hit the jackpot. She takes the time to learn her students allowing her to build relationships that foster trust and growth. She has helped my daughter grow so much this school year. Always honoring her autonomy and individuality while also challenging her in ways that help her to engage and develop her social skills and school readiness. Ms Kaitlin is collaborative; always eager to share good news, a funny story, seek input, and offer advice. As a parent of a special needs child, this is deeply appreciated. I am eternally grateful to her, her classroom staff, and all of the staff at the Early Learning Center.
