I had concerns about my daughter repeating pre-k due to her birth date & was diligently pursuing other options. Shortly after meeting Mrs. Roa during open house, she reassured me that my daughter, like hers, would benefit from the extra prep work and would not be bored or grow tired of the redundancy. She was right, not because of the curriculum, but because of her enthusiasm and engagement with her class. Along with Ms. Jean, my daughter is eager to go to school and exhausted after. The family engagement activities she coordinates are great experiences for the kids and parents… truly an exceptional educator who has made a positive contribution to our family, school and community.
